THE VISION
Made for extraordinary gatherings.
Ten bedrooms, incredible ocean views and a hotel-style pool with floating daybeds. Casa Maresia is being created in Pedregal as a purpose-designed vacation villa and events venue.
Casa Maresia is designed around the possibilities of a shared escape: long days by a hotel-style pool, floating daybeds and broad views of the ocean. Ten bedrooms give the residence the scale to host larger groups while preserving the intimacy of a private home.
An events venue forms part of the vision, creating space for celebrations as well as holidays. Architecture and the hospitality operation are being planned together, with the ambition of making Maresia an exceptional vacation rental property within Cotelier Collection.
